Ad Session[em] pacis tent apud Ormeskirke in Com[itatus[ Lanc[aster] die Luna vizt decimo octavo die Julii Anno R[egni]R[egis] Carol d[o]m[ini] Carol[i] s[e]c[un]di Anglie &c xvito

It is ordered by this Co[u]rt that Richard Smalshawe of Fazakerly a Poore Maimed & Indigent souldier who hath faithfully served his Maiesty & his Royall father in the Late warrs shall haue the yearely penc[i]on of six shillings Eight pence the same to bee paid him yearely by the treasurer of the Maymed souldiers for the time beinge vntill further order of this Cort.
