Ad gen[er]al[e]m Sessionem pacis Dom[in]i R[e]g[i]s tent apud Castrum Exon in et p[ro] com[itatu] pr[e]d[icti] vicessimo octavo die Aprilis an[no] regni R[e]g[i]s Jac[obi] ii[cun]di Angl[ie] &c primo annoq[u]e Dom[in]i 1685

Vpon the humble petition of Richard Hillersdon of Dittisham in this county A soldier maimed in his late Ma[jes]ties service This C[ou]rt doth thinke fitt and order yt the Tre[asure]r for the maimed soldiers of this county doe henceforth pay vnto the said Richard Hillersdon A pention of Forty shillinges p[er] annu[m] by quarterly payments vntill further order and ten shillinges in hand
