The order for Mrs Wyvell, residence unknown, 30 November 1644

Die Sab[ba]ti vlt Novembr[is] 1644.

Ordered by the Com[m]ons assembled in Parliament:

That this howse doth admitt Thomas Playters Esq[ui]r[e] to his Fyne and Composition for his Delinquensey, and doth accept of a Thousand pounds as a Fyne sett vppon him for his Delinquency, and doth order That vppon payment of the said Fyne of a Thousand pounds, That the said Thomas Playters shal bee cleerely discharged of his delinquency, and of the Sequestrac[i]on of his Estate. Prouided that the Arreares due from the Sequestrac[i]on of his Revenue bee paid into the Office of Sequestrac[i]on. It is further ordered that this Thousand pounds bee paid to the Thre[asure]r at Warrs in part of the 2500 li. form[er]ly ordered for the releife of Widdowes and souldiers in want to bee by him paid according to such list as shal bee returned to the Thre[asure]r at Warrs by the Com[m]ittee where Mr Scawen has the Chaire; And it is Ordered, That Mrs Wyvell widow of Captaine Wyvell slaine in the Parliaments Seruice shal bee Considered of in the Distribuc[i]on of this Thousand pounds
