Ad Gen[er]al[em] Quarterial[em] Session[em] pacis tent[am] p[ro] Civitat London p[er] Aiournament apud Guildhall decimo sexto die Julii 1674 Annoq[ue] R[egni] R[egi]s Caroli S[e]c[un]di Angl[ie] &c xxvito coram Will[iam]o hooker Mil[ites] Maiore Civitat London Thoma[s] Aleyne Mil[ites] & Bar[one]to Thoma[s] Bludworth & Ric[har]d Ford Mil[ites] Rob[er]to Viner Mil[ites] & Bar[one]to & Jospeh Sheldon Mil[ites] Ald[e]r[man]is di[ct]e Civitat necnon Justiciariis ad pacem d[i]c[t]a Civitate Assign[atis]
Vpon the humble petic[i]on of Mary Johnson widow re{lict} presenting that her late husband Richard Johnson was formerly an Inhabitant w[i]thin this Citty & M[aste]r Keeper of the Gaole of Newg{ate} & from thence he betooke himself to the service of his late Ma[jes]ty in the begin[n]ing of the late vnhappy wars and therein behaved himself well & faithfully for severall yeares together, And vpon the Certificate of divers hono[ura]ble & worthy p[er]sons attesting the truth of the said Allegac[i]ons & their Recom[m]endac[i]on of the petic[i]oner as a fitt & worthy obiect of this Courts Charity, This Court doth grant vnto the said Mary Johnson the Revertion of the next Souldiers Pention that shall happen to become void, To hold & inioy the same during her naturall life.
