Ad Gen[er]al[em] Quarterial[em] Session[em] pacis D[omi]ni Regis tent[am] p[ro] Civitat London apud Guihald eiusd[e]m Civitat ac infra eaud[e]m Civitat die Mercurii scil[ice]t duodecimo die Januarii Anno R[egni] R[egi]s Caroli S[e]c[un]di nunc per grac Angl[ie] &c vicesimo septimo
Whereas Itt appeareth to his Ma[jes]ties Justices here pr[e]sent That Mary Dobbs widdow the Relict of John Dobbs dec[ease]d was formerly settled in the parish of Sepulchres London And that the said John Dobbs had served in the warres of his late Ma[jes]tye and of his Ma[jes]tye that now is And {has n}ever dese{rted} his service to his said late Ma[jes]tye nor his Ma[jes]tie that now is {and} was a great sufferer thereby And the said Mary Dobbs being a very poore aged woeman and desireing some penc[i]on according to the Acts of Parliament made for the releiving of maimed souldiers Itt is now ordered by this Courte that the said Mar{y} Dobbs shall have a penc[i]on of fifty Shillings yearely by Quart{erly} payments paid vnto her for releife by the Tre[asure]r for maim{ed} Souldiers within this Citty and the Lib[er]tyes thereof out of {the} moneyes assessed and received for that purpose dureing the pleasure of this Courte The first payment thereof to begin an{d} to bee paid vnto her att Ladyday next
