In pursuance of an Order made att {the laste Gen[er]all Quarter Sessions of the Peace held for this County att the Devizes on Tuesday the Nineth Day of Aprill Anno Regni Regis Dom[ini] Caroli secundi gratia dei Angl[ia] &c Tricesimo Annoq[ue] D[o]mi[ni] 1678 for Inspecting  the Condic[i]on of the seu[er]all p[er]sons whose names are herevnder Written Penc[i]on[e]rs Payable by the Receiver of the North p[ar]te of the County for Maimed Souldiers and Marriners These are to Certifie as followeth
