Ad gen[er]alem Sessionem pacis Com[itatu] p[re]d[icti] tent apud Devizes decimo nono die Aprilis Anno regn[i] R[egis] Caroli sec[un]di &c decimo sexto

Vpon the petition of Henry Durnford of Enford Wilcott in ye s[ai]d County yeoman And it appearing to this Court that by reason of his service and sufferings as a Souldier for his late Majesty in and during the late warr hee hath been brought to greate want and now is poore and indigent This court doth order that the Treasurer for the South North p[ar]te of this County for maimed Souldiers and Marriners shall pay vnto him an yearely penc[i]on of Twenty shillinges p[er] ann[um] to bee paid him quarterly The first payment thereof to beginne at Midsummer Sessions next
