The order for Francis Calverley of Holborn, Middlesex, 7 May 1672

Whereas Informacon hath beene to this Court that one Francis Calverley a penc[i]oner within this County doth now live and Inhabite in Holborne in the County of Middlesex and doth alsoe receive penc[i]ons out of the Countyes of Essex and Hertford and yet is not iustly Capable of receiveinge any pencon att all. Itt is therefore thought fitt and soe ordered that the penc[i]on formerly ordered him and which hee now receives out of this County bee and is hereby suspended untell further order unles on notice here of the said Francis Calverley shall shew good Cause to this Court the foure and twentieth this instant May to the Contrary:
Theise are to certifye those whoe it may concerne that Francis Calverley aboue mentioned is a penc[i]oner in this County of Hertford but not in my list but his name is inserted in the list of Mr Thomas Hunsdon the other Threasurer of the aforesaid Countye of Hertford.
