Ad Gen[er]alem Sessionem pacis d[o]m[ini] Regis tente apud Ormskirk in Com[itatus] Lanc[aster] xixo die Aprillis Anno R[egni] R[egis] d[o]m[ini] Caroli s[e]c[un]di Anglie &c xxiio

Vpon the petic[i]on of Edward Mawdesley of Lathom a poore maimed Soldjer praying his penc[i]on of x s. a yeare, which was formerly allowed him This Court doth Order That he shall have it made xx s. a yeare if att the Takeing of the accompts of the Treasurer of the said Maymed Soldjers there be soe much in his hands
