Ad Sessionem pacis tent apud Ormskirke in Com[itatus] Lanc[aster] die Lune vidzt quarto die Maii Anno Regni Regis D[o]m[inus] Caroli s[ec]d[un]di Angl[iae] &c xvo

Yt is Ordered by this Court that Edw[ar]d Mawdesley of Burscough a poore maymed and Indigent Souldier who faithfully served his ma[jes]tie and his Royall Father in the late wars shall have the yearely penc[i]on of Twentie shillings the same to bee payed by the Treasurer of the Maymed Souldiers for the tyme beinge vntill further order of this Court.
