Ad Sessionem pacis tent apud Ormskirk in Com[itatus[ Lanc[aster] die lune vizt quarto die Maii Anno Regni Regis D[o]m[inus] Caroli s[ec]d[un]di Angliae &c decimo quinto

Yt is Ordered by this Court that Edward Lathom of Rufford a poore maymed and indigent Souldier who faithfully served his Ma[jes]tie and his Royall father in the late wars shall haue the yearly penc[i]on of thirteene shillings and fower pence the same to bee payed dureing his liffe by the treasurer for the maymed soldiers for the hundred of Leyland for the tyme beeing vntill further order of this Court bee to the Contrary
