The order for Daniell Hewlett of Berwick St James, Wiltshire, 12 January 1664

Ad general[em] Sess[ionem] Pacis tent[um] p[ro] com[itatu] pr[e]d[icti] apud [illegible] Sarum in ead[em] com[itatu] duodecimo die Januarii Anno R[egni] R[egiu]s Caroli Se[cun]d[i] nunc Angl[iae] &c decimo quinto.

Upon the petition of Daniell Hewlett of Barwicke St James in this County husbandman And it appearing to this Court that by reason of the wounds he receaved when he was a Souldier in the Seruice of his late Ma[jes]tie hee is much disabled in body for worke This Court doth Order that the Treasurer for the South p[ar]te of this County for maimed Souldiers & Marriners shall pay vnto him an yearely Pen[ci]on of Forty shillinges p[er] ann[um] to be paid him q[uar]terly. The first payment thereof to beginne at Easter Sessions next
