The order for Ann Haworth of Bury, Lancashire, 9 October 1651

At a Sessions of peace holden at Manch[este]r in the County of Lanc[aste]r on Thursday to wit the nynth of Octob[e]r 1651.

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and ou[er]seers of the poore w[i]thin the parish of Bury shall furthw[i]th vpon notice hereof make p[rov]ic[i]on for A convenient place of habitac[i]on w[i]thin [illegible]  for An Haworth wife of Will[ia]m Haworth whose husb[and] is A Soldier in the service of this Comonwealth & left her noe habitac[i]on or otherwise vpon Compl[ain]t made to any Justice of peace w[i]thin this County a warr[an]t shal bee awarded ag[ains]t them to take [illegible] them bound to answer theire Contempte at the next Sessions of peace here to bee holden
