Ad Deliberac[i]on[em] Gaol[ae] D[omi]ni Regis de Newgate tent[am] p[ro] Civitat London apud Justice Hall in le old Bailey London die ven[er]is scil[ice]t Decimo septimo die Julii Anno R[egni] R[egi]s Caroli S[e]c[un]di nunc Angl[ie] &c vicesimo Sexto

Vppon the humble Petic[i]on of Andrew Mitchell of the p[ar]ish of St Brides London and vppon the Certificate of the same p[ar]ish therevnto annexed Itt is ordered by this Courte that the said Andrew Mitchell Taylor aged Sixty yeares & vpwards and a maymed Souldier for the king in his Ma[jes]tyes late warres shall have Forty Shillings a yeare during his Life paid vnto hi{m} as a Penc[i]on after the death of the next Penc[i]onor {in} the Citty of London by the Tre[asure]r for maymed Sould{iers} in London
