These are to certifie that ye humble Petitioner Thomas Morgan of the Parish of Oswaldkirke in the County of Yorke hath been formerly & onely a soldier & officer in his Majesties service King Charles the first of blessed memory, & being now aged very indigent & in a manner blind, he humbly begs your releif & he wil[l] as he is bounden ev[e]r pray for y[ou]r Worships.
