Theise are to certifie all whome it may concerne that Hanniball Grimsditch served as a priuate souldier in my companye in the Regiment of Col[one]l Fortescue now the regiment of Col[one]l Barkstead from June 12th 1645 vntill Aprill the 12th 1647 and afterwardes was gent[leman] of armes to my companye from Aprill 12th 1647 vntill May 16th 1648 that hee was slaine in the service wittness my hand.
