These are to Certifie whom this may concern that we whose names are herevnto Subscribed doe testify that we know Edward Errington of Nether Witton in County of Northumberland to Serue his Majesty of blessed Memory King Charles the first dureing all the time his Majesty had a Standing army in the field in Lieutenant Collonel John Thornton his troop of hors in my Lord William Widdrington his Regiment of hors in the office of Corporall In witness here of we fix our hands and Seales dated the first of July: 1687.
