Theis are to Certifie All whome it may Concerne, That William Pledger was a Soldier For the Service of the late Kinge of euer blessed Memory in the late Vnhappie Warr, Wherein he Constantly Peformed very True and Faithfull Service for his Ma[jes]tie And therein Continewed All the Tyme of the said Warr, haueinge Receiued many a Hurt, and dangerous Wounds, Wherby hee is disabled to Worke for his Livinge as Formerly. In Testimony Whereof Wee whose Names are heerevnto Subscribed, haue Sett our hands the Nyneteenth day of this Instant March in the Fowerteenth Yeare of his Ma[jes]ties Raigne that now is, Annoq[ue] d[o]m[ini] 1661.
