We whose names are heare vnto subscribed doe heareby certifie That William Mutter of our p[ar]ish of Clehidon Is A very poore Man as any we haue in our p[ar]ish and wos euer a riall subject and A ssholger in all the Kings serues And theirefor in the Rebelios Chenge of the times was presed into Ierland in the time of wores thire And theire by wos brought to pouerty and in destrese Theirefor we the p[ar]ishinors of Clehidon do besuch your Worsheep to take it into your serios Consedderation To doe him what Forfor in you duely to helpe him out of his trobbell and to sett an end to his busines Conserning the Inditment against him which was Millishiosly done against him orther wayes yo[u]r poore p[e]tishinor is neuer abele to defend him selfe and for yo[u]r soe doeing
