To the Honor[a]ble Com[m]ission[e]rs For distributing the moneyes given by act of Parliament amongst the truly Loyall and indigent soulders

These are to Certifie That it doth appeare vnto vs That William Heaton of Shevington in the Countie of Lancaster yeaman was a Shouldier in Collonell Edward Chisnall owne Foote Company in his Mag[is]ties service for many yeares together And that hee is truly Loyall and Indigent, And haith never to the best of our knowledge or Informac[i]on deserted his Maiesties or his Blessed Fathers service dureing the late times of Rebellion and Vsurpac[i]on And that hee haith not A Sufficient Livelyhood of his owne nor haith since his Mai[es]ties Returne obtained any reward office or Imployment sufficient for A livelyhood Wherefore wee doe hereby Recommend him as A p[er]son Fitt to Receiue A Proporc[i]on of all such moneyes As are to bee by you Distributed According to Act of Parliament,
