These are to sertifie whom it may Concerne yt William Asque of Kings Cliffe in ye County of North[amp]ton[shire], spoonemaker was in ye servis for his late Ma[jes]tie under my Command as a com[m]on souldier and in ye s[ai]d servis was wounded, in testimonie whereof I haue sett my hand [& seale] ye seventh of April in the fourteenth yeare of ye raigne of King Charles ye Second and in ye yeare of o[u]r Lord 1662.
