Gentlemen

You haueing refe[r]red to me and some others ye consideration of what indigent persons, who had any wise served ye King were most proper for ye releif giuen by ye Parlement; amongst others we recommended Widdow Thorp of Kings Cliff whose husband died vnder ye Command of my Vncle George Fane; and unless you look upon her as formerly she has bine by receiveing her pention she is likely to perrish theirfore my request is yt you would continue it to her w[hi]ch is all ye trouble at present from
