These Are to Certifie all whome It maye Concearne yt Henery Banniard formerly A souldier In ye Right honourable ye Lord fairfax his owne Company of foote: Receiued diuers dangerous wounds In his head & armes And other partes about his body which was ye Greatest Cause of his death to which he haueing leaft a poore Impotent and distressed widowe <behind> him beinge alltogeather becom distressed and miserable to which pious and Charitable prouide I leave to your goodness.
