These are to certifie whom it May conserne that Walter Stvrtup was a soulder in the Trop of Captaine Richard Callowe in ye Seruice of his Late Mai[e]sti in w[hi]ch seruice he behaued himselfe faithfully & was alsoe with a party of horse to atend on his mai[e]sties Com[m]isinors of inquire & after became a great Suffer[er] for his said Seruice Wittnes our hands
