These arr to certify whome it doth concerne, that the bearer hearof Walter Lane of the p[ar]ish of St Thomas the Apostle hath had (as his peticion doth mention severall wounds in his body, as on his head Legges & hand by w[hi]ch hee is att this tyme of his adge very much disinabled from Gaininge of his liuelyhood as witness my hand att Exon the 13th daye of Jan[ua]r[y] 1663/4
