These are to Certifie whome it may Concerne yt John Northcott was in actuall seruice as Cornet to Maior Finchers troope from ye 5th of Aprill 1645 to the 14th June 1647 being in the Regim[en]t of Collo[nel] Thomas Sheffeild, witness my hand this 6th January 1649

These are to Certifie all whome it may Concerne that John Northcott was in actuall seruice as Lieu[tenan]t to Capt[ain] Henry Cromwells trope In Collo[nel] Thomas Harrisons Regim[en]t from the 14th of June 1647 to the 16th of July 1648 being then slaine witness my hand this 6th Jan[uary] 1649
