The certificate for Thomas Vicary and John Glasse, both of Bondleigh, Devon, 10 March 1664

These are to certifie all whom it may concerne that Thomas Vicary & John Glasse of our p[a]rish of Bondley in the County of Devon have faithfully served his Ma[jes]tie of blessed memory in his late warrs as Private Souldiers under the Com[m]and of Capten Gidley, Capten Broughton, &c And have not deserted his Ma[jes]ties or his blessed Fathers service. And doe therefore hereby recomend them as p[er]sons fit to receive yearely pensions, they beinge both indigent & impotent by reason of watching, cold & hard service.

Geven under our hands at Bondly aforesaid this 10th of March 1663
