Wee whose names are subscribed do humbly Certifie your Maiestie that the Peticoner Mr Thomas Price is a learned, pious man of godly life and conuersation, a constant Preacher of the word of God and hath been a great sufferer in your Maiestyes Kingdon of Ireland by the late Rebellion there. And since in England during these late warres for his Constancy in his loyalty to your Maiesty and the cause then in hand.
