Having p[er]used divers Certificates on the behalf of the bearer hereof Thomas Hart, I thought fitt to certify that I beleeve the sayd Certificates to be very true, and therfore friendly desire hee may have all Lawfull favourable furtherance towards the regaining of his Pension in the Countye of Wilts[hire], which (as hee informes mee) hee hath by order formerly received, and is at present detained from him:
