Mr Treasurer

Forasmuch as wee are informed that Anthonie Goodwine of Rawmarsh is latelie dead; who was enterred a Pentioner, & that wee are fullie satisfied that Thomas Harpham of Boulton vpon Dearne, now aged, did longe & faithfullie serue his Majestie to the great losse & weakening of his estate. Wee doe therefore certifie on the behalf of the said Thomas Harpham that he is the fittest p[er]son wee knowe of & desire that he may be admitted Pentioner instead of the said Goodwine. Given vnder our hands this seaventh daie of Aprill in the 26th yeare of his Ma[jes]t[y]s Reigne. 1674.
