Thies are to Certifie that Mr Yates hath had in Cure Souldiers of my Companie James Brookes Richard Malam; & Rich[ard]: Bulckley: & since he hath Edward Strongeitharme: who was lefte att Sturbridge: hee hath bin very carefull of them all, they weare wounded in the laste expedition against the Scotts

These are to Certifie yt Mr Yates hath had in Cure of my Companie, Raphe Wilkinson, & Thomas Mosse & hath bine very Carefull, & dilligent therein beinge wounded in ye seruice at Worster against ye Scotts
