I doe hereby Certifie that John Lambe serued for the Towneship of Warton Roger Leigh serued for the Towneship of Moulton Leftwich Robert Wrench serued for the Towneship of Moulton Thomas Venables serued for the Towneship of Wimbosley Thomas Dayne serued for Rudheath in Lords[hi]p James Bayley serued for the Townes[hi]p of Cranage All th[e] afore named souldiers were vnder my Comaund in the seruice for the militia against the Scotts vpon the last seruice And are all poore men and very ill wounded
