In pursuance to the order annexed wee haue viewed the p[er]sons vndernamed whose inp[er]fecc[i]ons wee haue incerted in briefe with our best industry.

Rowland ap Robert Edmond an adgd man of 63 yeers hath serued in Scotland & other places vnder S[i]r John Owen hath a slender wound on the knee.

<Admitted> Robert Owen of Caerhûn maymed of the hand & wounded on the head in Nasbie fight a very poore man.

John Griffith ap Hugh of Nangwnadle wounded in seu[er]all places vpon seu[er]all p[ar]ts of his body

Rowland Hughes of Caerhûn wounded in the head necke & shoulder.

John Williams of Bethkelert in Nasby fight hurt in the legge & in the thighe a great wound.

Thomas ap Richard Owen of Nevyn wounded on the shoulder.

<Admitted> Edward Griffith of Brynunoes wounded on the head.

Rowland Owen of Clynog hurt & made a Criple.

Hugh Owen of Aberdaron shott & cutt in two places vzt on the shoulder & armes.

David Owen of Conwey shott vnder the Eie very daungerously & the bullett remaines vnder the eare & hath seu[er]all wounds.

William Morris of Llanarmon quite maymed & hath lost his right hand beinge shott w[i]th a Canon bullett.

John Owen of Llanyestyn wounded in the thighe & hurt & hath lost the vse of his left hand beinge maimed of itt.

Symon Dauies of Castell wounded in diu[er]se places as in the thighe side & his head.

Hugh James of Llanvihangel an old soldier greatly wounded & hath seu[er]all wounds & hath serued vnder seu[er]all comanders.

William Lloyd of Llanvair Isgayr hurt & wounded in diu[er]se p[ar]ts of the bodie.

Edward Ellis of Carn[ar]von hurt & wounded on the shoulder & hath lost the vse of his arme vnder Capt[ain] Brynker.

Ellice Evans of Penmorva an ancient souldier shott in his privie members & in other places of the body very dangerous & is quite spoiled in manie places.

<ad[mitted]> William ap Richard of llanbeblig shott att Whitchurch in the right Arme & hath lost the vse thereof.

<ad[mitted]> William Griffith of llanllechid aged 87en an old soldier to Queene Elizabeth king James & the late kinge hath seu[er]all wounds & lost 2 sonnes in the k[ing]s seruice & is most considerable.

John Ellis of llanbeblige was shott in the legge a slight wound.

Robert Evans of Bangor lost his left hand & hath other wounds rec[eive]d on the k[ing]s seruice.

Dauid Evans Thomas of llanllechid shott & hurt in seu[er]all places of the bodie very sore hurt and the skull krackt.

Rytherch ap Edward of llysvaen aged 76. yeares hath serued in Q[ueen] Eliz[abeth’s] time & in the k[ing]s seruice & hath seu[er]all wounds rec[eive]d in theire seruice & deserueth considerac[i]on.

Symon ap W[illia]m lewis of llanbeblige shott vnder the eare & out att the choppe & also in the shoulder whereof he still languisheth.

Evan ap Ellis of llandden: hath seu[er]all wounds & cutts & a very poore man.

Harry ap Rees of llanllechid aged 72. yeeres hath lost the vse of bothe hands in the k[ing]s seruice.

John ap John Ellis Lewis of Ruge aged 74. yeeres and old soldier and hath great & many wounds in seu[er]all p[ar]ts of his bodie.

Humfrey John William of Pwllheli hath lost the vse of his left Arme & is a very poore man & deepely hurt.

William Roberts of Carn[ar]von hath bin shott in the foote & wounded on the head.

Maurice Hughes of Ynys Kynhayarn an ancient man & shott in the knee & thereby lost the vse of one side and a very poore man.

Jane verch Hugh of Carn[ar]von a poore widowe of 80. yeares of age whose husband was a taylor & was killed in Ireland vnder my lo[rd] of Ormond in the late kings seruice by reason whereof shee is depriued of her liuelihood & is in great pouertie & deserueth to bee considered.

Edmund Wynne late shouldier to his ma[jes]tys Charles the first in severall partes in England & Wales hath had severall shott in his body duringe the s[ai]d ware to his greate detrum[en]t.

Dauid Lloyd late of Llysvayn was a soldier vnder to his Ma[jes]ties Charles the first in seuerall p[ar]ts in England shott in the knee
