These are to Certifie those whom itt may concerne that ye bearer heerof Robert Bunting served in my Foote Companie in the Regiment of Collonell Thomas Prid  From ye fift of May 1646 tell the last January 1647 during w[hi]ch service he behaued him selfe as became a faithfull siouldyer to ye statte & by woundes he Receuied in the sayd service hee is a maimed Man & disabled Giuen vnder my hand this 14th of october
