I doe Hearby sertify that the bearer Hereof Ro{bert} {ap} {Ed}wards hath serued vnder me in his Magesty service {in the} {r}egiment of S[i]r Michell Ernley Against the {illegible} Eyrland and sins his transportasion ouer {illegible} serued vnder the Regiment of S[i]r Michell Woodhow{se} {illegible} Comand of Cap[tain] Henery Vaughan and hath continewed {illegible} to the last This I doe sertify giuen vnder my Hand this 5th of June 1661 by me
