Most honoured Sir

A poore kinsman of ours (one Robert ap Edward Wynne of Llanelidan) has had a graunt of a pension as a maimed souldier, last Hilary quarter Sessions; but it was to com[m]ense after foure or five were supply’d, who had obtein’d that favour before him. I humbly desire you will be pleasd to enquire whether his turne is now [illegible] come, & if soe your assistance to p[ro]cure him that reliefe. My humble service to you pr[e]sented, begging your pardon for this boldnesse
