Theise are to certifye all whome it may concerne that Richard Morys husband to Elinor Morys the bearer heareof is liueing in Salisbury and is in great want and neede of releife and vnable to worke by reason of wounds yet receiued and which he had receiued in ye parlyaments saruice whearin from ye begininge allmost of the late warrs he hath as is credibly made knowne faithfully and stoutly behaued him selfe in wittnes wheareof I hearevnto set my hand the day and yeare aforesayd
