To the Ho[noura]ble his Ma[jes]t[y’]s Justic[e]s of the Peace assembled at ye Generall Sessions at Warminster the ix th of July 1667

{These are} to Certify that the Bearer heerof Richard {illegible}ton of the parish of Winkefeild was there prest {into} service in his Ma[jes]ties seruice the Eldest serg[ean]t Corporall {under Co}llonell Shelly and in the seruice receiued {a wound} in his Thigh, the truth heerof is to be shoud by Mr John and Mr Christopher Bayly testified by the hands of us:
