These are to Certifie that Capt[ain] Thomas Hunt was in actuall seruice for the Parliam[en]t as a Capt[ain] of a foote Company from in the Reg[imen]t vnd[e]r the Comand of Col[one]l Bulstrode from the seaventh of March 1642 till the last of September next ensueinge and then died of a wound hee rec[eive]d a little before at Newbery Battell: witnes my hand subscribed this 9th of Novemb[e]r 1646.
