These are to certifie yt Richard Gatliffe of Limme was a soldier of my troope in S[i]r Robert Byrons Regiment of a horse & yt hee euer beehaued himselfe loyall & faithfull to his Ma[jes]tie of blessed memorie, & hath euer since as farre as I vnderstand caried himselfe accordingly. in witnesse whereof I haue here vnto sett my hand ye 13th day of Aprill 1663
