These arr too Certify that the bearer hearof Richard Drew of South Tawton hath rec[eive]d a Shott in his right sholder by w[hi]ch hee is much weakned, & by reson theirof cannot gett his liuelyhood as formerly hee hath done as witness my hand this first daye of May 1663
