To the right Worshipp[fu]ll his Ma[jes]t[y]s Justices of the Peace for the Countie of Denbigh.

Theise are to Certifie you That Reece Ithell of Holt in the said Countie of Denbigh, was a Souldier vnder my Com[m]and, in his late Ma[jes]t[y]s: service in Holt Castle & other places in w[hi]ch said service, hee continued faithfull, was wounded, & seu[er]all times imprisoned, to the hazard of his life & fortune, & thereby in a great measure made vncapable to gett his liveing, haveing nothing to subsist vppon but his handy labour, dated the 9th day of January in the Nyneteenth yeare of his Ma[jes]t[y]s Raigne that now is 1667.
