Theise are to Certify all whom it may Concerne That the Bearer Hereof Raph Grastie of Presbury hath beene a Souldier for his Majestyes late father of Blessed memory and him faithfully served duringe all the tyme of the late Warres that ever since he hath Continyed Loyall and faithfull to the Royall Interest and never tooke vp armes for any other party that hee hath nothinge to Subsist vpon or is able any wayes to gett his livelyhood and therefore desire he may bee Admitted one of the Kinges Pention[e]rs
