These may Certifie all whom itt doth concerne That Adrean de la Planch serued as Trooper vnder ye command of Capt[ain] Edward Foley & Cap[tain] Benia[min] Burges in ye Regiment of Col[one]l Jo[h]n Buttler and afterwardes in ye same Regiment Comanded by Col[one]l Horton; from ye begininge of ye new modell vntill ye eleventh of September 1647: dureinge w[hi]ch time he behaued himselfe very honestly and faithfully; and died vpon ye said eleuenth of September of A hurt receued In ye Warrs: Thus much is Certified
