Mr Prichard.

Be pleased to acquaint the Justices at this sessions of the Peace, that Michaell Davies one of the Pentioners of this County was absent at the laste Meeting of the Pentioners at the sessions held In January laste, when they were all requir’d to appeare by reason of his Attendance at S[i]r Job Charltons as an vnder=cooke, in which place hee hath for severall yeares serv’d in Christmas, and was not permitted to retorne in time to tender his Apparance at that sessions, And being now to give his Attendance at Poole, where the Circuit begins, and soe to continue for all the time, It is desir’d that his apparance vppon soe necessary an occation may for this time be dispenst with by the Bench, to whom I pray you to pr represent his Case, and to [illegible] vse your endeavours that hee may bee restor’d to his Pention, referring him to your care I remaine
