Nicholass Oulden actually serued the Parliment vnder Collonell Edmond Ludlowe in the county of Wiltis[hire] as a Trooper in his owne Troope From the [illegible] Fourth Fift of Aprill of May one thousand six hundred Forty three vntill the twenty ninth of July imediatly Followinge receauinge noe pay att all

Nicholas Oulden actually serued the Parliament in the County of Wiltis[hire] as a Trooper vnder the command of Captaine Willia[m] Ludlowe in his owne Troope From the tenth of October one thousand six hundred Forty fiue vntill the twenty fowerth of December at Fowerteen shillings p[er] week payinge his quarters there remayneth due vnto him for that tyme three shillinges six pence p[er] week to make vpp his Full pay att seauenteene shillings six pence p[er] weeke
the truth of this certifycate is belieued to be true by me

Theise are to certifye all whome it may concerne That Nicholas Oulden mentioned in ye aboue certifycate went for ye saruice of Ireland w[i]th Li[e]ut[enant] Generall Ludlowe and that in a letter from ye Li[e]ut[enant] Generall it was reported that ye sayd Oulding was dead there in the saruice
