These are to Certifie his Ma[jes]ties Justices of Peace for the West Riding of the County of Yorke that Martin Hague was a souldier for his late Ma[jes]tie King Charles the first, in the Right Worshipff[u]ll S[i]r Richard Huttons Regim[en]t and in his owne Company of foot, and hath ever been faithfull and Loyall to his Ma[jes]tie and his Royall father of ever Blessed Memory And that he the said Martin Hague is very poor and Indigent, All which we humbly Certify vnder our hands the Fourteenth day of July in the xxvijth yeare of the Raigne of our Sov[e]raigne Lord Charles ye second over England, &c. King. &c. Annoq. Domini 1675
