Wee whose names are subscribed inhabitants of the parrish of Church Minshall in the County of Chester doe Certify on the behalf of the bearer hereof That John Minshall her late husband of our p[ar]ish deceased hath beene alwayes a true and faithfull subject for his ma[jes]tie And hath been a soldier in his ma[jes]ties Armie for many yeares And hath not Receiued nor had any pention or reward for or towards his good service to our knowledge in our s[ai]d County of Chester

witnesse our hands the eighteenth day of Aprill in the yeare of our lord god 1663
