These are to certifie his May[es]ti[e]s Justices off the peace that John Madock of Stoake in the County of Chester taylor Hath beene A faithfull Souldier vnto his May[es]tie vnder the Com[m]and of Coronell Marrow Att Saverall [sic.] Fights witness our hands the 28th day off Septem[be]r 1673.
