Right worshipful these are to sertif that the bearer hearof John Kadwaladar hath bin a souldour in his late mageisty serues in the regement of Colonwel William Ninny vnder the comand of Capten Moris Thellwall and haue euer scince labord for his liuing being ould and not abel to wourk he prayeth your worships that he may be admited on of the maymed souldours of this County by me
